Once again, let me thank my colleagues on both sides of the aisle, Senator Dodd for his efforts, and Senator Feingold for his cooperation in getting an agreement to move forward with the pending amendment. The pending issue is the Dodd-Santorum amendment, and I believe we are clear now to act on that amendment.
