I will be glad to work on that, but I don't think the numbers make that much difference. This is a bipartisan issue. I cannot do this for the leader or the leaders. But go down to 6 to 4 or go up-- and, by the way, it won't make a lot of difference. We are sweating about this. Sixteen Senators are going to be in a conference. For heaven's sake, that is a cattle call. I think that is too many. I plead with our leaders to come up with an agreement. I have never seen this happen before--never. Not one time when I was majority leader did the minority leader and I not come to an agreement on a number to go to conference with.
