It is $240 billion, and this would require about a 10 percent reduction in that amount. I do not want to belittle that. That is a high percentage, and it would not be easy. But, I want to emphasize it probably is $23 billion out of $240 billion which looks to me like that would be achievable. I know it would be hard. But, as a matter of fact, the Budget Committee did vote for a cut, and the full Senate has basically not knocked it out. So it is still in there. I realize it would be a hard if you did not have defense included. Let me say this to the Senator from Virginia. This is his effort, and I commend him for making it, and I am certainly delighted to try to help him anyway I can.
