I want to emphasize again, think about what we are doing. Think about the time. Think about how much has happened in the last 2 years. Think of the troops, the Reserve and Guard forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. Think about the families, the mothers, and communities already very much concerned about the future of our military men and women, where they are going to be, and now add this to it. I think the timing is wrong. To say we are not going to even identify what bases will be subject to this review is not the way to go. I say again, think about these issues. I do not think we have any guarantee overseas bases will be realigned. I have evidence to indicate they will have the same numbers overseas in 2025. We have heard a lot of talk about realignment overseas and restructuring. It has not happened. This will make sure we first have overseas bases realigned and a new structure and then the domestic bases.
