I think that is reasonable. Senator Daschle is working with me to see if we can get everybody to agree to that. We are trying to find a way to give you some reasonable night tonight and get this to a conclusion. I do not want to prejudge amendments that are being offered, but I really think we have reached a point where we need to get a conclusion. If we do not put an end to it, it will go on and on and on, on this bill. The alternative is to go back to Kyl and vote on that and to have other votes. We need cooperation so Senators can make progress so the rest of us can get a decent night's sleep and so we can complete this bill tomorrow.
