It is not my intention to delay this investigation and this conclusion. It is my intention to make sure that we have investigated all of the alleged fraud and abuses of election laws and illegal acts. When we have done that, I will press aggressively for a conclusion. But until that is done, with the cooperation of the Democrats, it will not end.
