Not only has Communist China eschewed democracy and engaged in awful human rights abuses, repression, and abuse of religious minorities such as the Uyghurs and the Tibetan Buddhists, not only have they polluted the air, the land, and the water, and treated their workers poorly, but they have not transitioned to capitalism or a market economy.
