I think--as I have mentioned before, I am very concerned that we have been and continue to be in the business of putting community banks and small regional banks out of business.

There is no question in my mind that the sanctions on Iran is what led Iran to come to the table.
The reforms would standardize the approach to capital regulation, improve the quality and consistency of bank capital requirements, and level the playing field for U.S. banks.
