I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 33, after line 19, insert the following: ``(6) Priority.--In awarding grants under this subsection, the Secretary is encouraged to give priority to States that encourage green school building practices and certification.''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 392, the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Holt) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from New Jersey.
