The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of title V, add the following new section: SEC. 5__. PROHIBITION ON ARMY NATIONAL GUARD SPONSORSHIPS OF PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT OR MOTOR SPORTS. Section 503(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: ``(3) Recruiting and advertising campaigns authorized by paragraphs (1) and (2) or by any other provision of law, including section 561(b) of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (as enacted into law by Public Law 106-398; 114 Stat. 1654A-129; 10 U.S.C. 503 note), for the purposes of branding or marketing of, or promoting enlistment in, the Army National Guard may not include payments for professional wrestling entertainment sponsorships or motor sports sponsorships.
