So what they were doing here was they decided that, ``OK, we've got a problem. We've got a Congress that is likely to begin looking into things that have gone wrong in this administration.'' And so is the gentleman telling us that what they did was they prepared a list of everything that they thought Congress might look into where they had themselves a big problem?
