Members obviously do whatever they want to do. As my colleagues know, some days they vote one way, some days they vote another way. Members can make their decisions at a particular time. I would think that, if the people vote in a particular way today, and they have changed their minds tomorrow, that the voters might have a problem with that, but the fact is the Members can do whatever they want.
