I thank Representative Yoho, and we appreciate the gentleman's work in the United States House. Mr. Speaker, one of the most accomplished men, sometimes a person whom we refer to as ``Governor'' around here when it comes to political minds, is the gentleman from South Carolina, Representative Mark Sanford. Week in and week out, he is a very diligent and great leader in this House. Mr. Speaker, it is my privilege to yield to the fine gentleman from South Carolina (Mr. Sanford).
