As I say to the gentleman, yes, I have had an opportunity to participate in the budget deliberations, but the budget deliberations should be seen only for what they are. They are a road map in terms of overall numbers, but it is going to be the work of our committee that is going to literally lay forth the policy, and I think that is the kind of important work this committee should be doing.
