We have made wonderful progress there. We in fact have reduced our CO2 as a country by over 14 percent from the years 2000 and 2014.

Rule of law does matter. Rule of law is something that people take for granted.

You are making our water less safe to drink and our air less safe to breathe.

We can achieve both, good environmental outcomes and pro-growth policies, and it's our commitment and my commitment to achieve that.
