We have had experience in Oklahoma just with one rule, the regional haze portions of the Clean Air Act, that deal with aesthetics and not safety and health, that that one rule that was adopted in 2011 has generated over $1 billion of added cost to ratepayers in the State of Oklahoma, which equates to almost 15 to 20 percent increases in utility rates.
