The fact that Putin is not only killing Ukrainians, but weaponizing food for developing countries, is just a complete outrage.

USAID has not authorized gain of function research.

We cannot abandon freedom, and we cannot leave Ukraine to be the victim of aggression at a time like this.

We have no evidence that USAID has funded gain of function research, and we certainly have not authorized gain of function research.
