Sadiq Khan: “The Superloop has shown we can increase bus usage. If you provide a good product, people will use it.”

We’re really concerned about bus usage. One of the reasons, when you speak to commuters, is a lack of reliability. And why is it they lack reliability? Because of bus speed.

We’ve got to make our buses more reliable. Which means them going faster.

My fear is that – without urgent action – the worst is still to come.

So huge respect to Sadiq for having the vision to stand up to the doubters like me.
