My skepticism is that we continue to apply cold-war approaches in our relationship with Russia.
I do not believe that we are going to get what we need, which is unfettered anywhere anytime access to all facilities that are relevant, to all people that are relevant and to all records that are relevant.
I would suggest that instead of relieving sanctions we impose even more sanctions. It was sanctions that brought the Iranians to the table.
It is certainly better that Iran, at declared facilities, is spinning fewer centrifuges rather than more centrifuges.
