So I agree with you that China is a bad actor, and that we cannot let their devious behavior go unchecked.
It is not about aid, it is about trade. And it is not about short-term bailouts, it is about long-term business.
But I have real concerns with the way the Administration has approached the problem, creating and escalating a trade war that has caused harm to many businesses.
I think they do take a longer view, which, by the way, I think is the right view.
