I think this is the least responsible macroeconomic policy that we've had in the last 40 years.
the government must ensure that the U.S. has baseload capability that only coal and nuclear can bring. The wind doesn't always blow. The sun doesn't always shine and gas pipelines are interruptible.
And I don't think anyone would argue right now that nuclear energy is healthy. It is not. And it is not because of the regulatory burden that has been in place, the political burden that has been put in place.
