I want America to understand, the city of New Orleans took on so much water, that 80 percent of it's flooded. And we still have a tremendous amount of work to do. And we need tremendous amount of more help from the federal government.

I'm going to be pushing for at least $1.5 billion of that $6.2 billion for us to immediately infuse into the economy.

I love New York City, wonderful New York. I tell you what I will never do again is refer to that site as a hole. It's a sacred, you know, site that is presently in an undeveloped state.

Because we don't have a lot. We don't dominate business, we don't dominate a lot of things. So political power is very important.
