We remain strongly committed to backing KFOR and EULEX politically and with the resources they need to combat that lawlessness.

These are very serious charges. We have looked at them carefully and came to the view that they deserved, indeed required, serious investigation.

It is hard to escape that conclusion. And therefore, if they have political prisoners, one of the things we will do is reimpose those sanctions.
