We have witnessed terrible crimes. There is increasing evidence that security forces are associated with vigilante action.

We need to make sure that we strengthen the norms, we make sure that we use that diplomatic power.

I just do not understand. I still do not understand to this day how we think somehow we are better off having done that.

Our collective message to Burma stakeholders is clear: end the violence, protect civilians, expand humanitarian and media access.
