The amendment follows: On page 101, strike lines 12 through 19 and insert the following: (d) Receipts.-- (1) In general.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, of the amount of adjusted bonus, rental, and royalty receipts derived from oil and gas leasing and operations authorized under this section-- (A) 50 percent shall be paid to the State of Alaska; and (B) the balance shall be deposited into the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts. (2) Judicial review.-- (A) In general.--Any civil action brought by the State of Alaska to compel an increase in the percentage of revenues to be paid under paragraph (1) shall be filed not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act.…
