I suggest that this is absolutely imperative. For citizens who are on disability to have to wait 2 years on an appeal, as the Senator said, is unacceptable. The money this is providing will take care of that. He asked the administrator, and that is what is needed, and we ought to do it. We have Social Security and disability, and then they make them wait 2 years, and all of the offices are being cut back because they don't have enough operating money. We should pass this amendment.
