I think that is probably a good paraphrase. Let me suggest the entire debate by the Senator from Texas has been preposterous. First, it is wrong on the facts; and, second, it is wrong on the logic; and, third, it is a gross exaggeration if ever I have heard one. So, let me tell you the facts. And the Senator might do well to listen, because they are the facts.
