The response from CBO confirmed, in my mind, that our intent to conform the direct loan scoring of administrative expenses to the guaranteed loan scoring of administrative expenses was fulfilled. In addition, the CBO letter noted that we made no changes to the method by which guaranteed loans are scored. This too was our intent.
