All the company has to do is go and sit down with the Fish and Wildlife Service. They work out a multispecies habitat conservation plan, and it takes some work to do it, there is no doubt about it, but there is a lawful way for them to have certainty, to protect the jobs, and that is what most responsible companies would do. But to come here with this amendment which undermines a court decision, undermines the Endangered Species Act and frankly is inappropriate on this particular bill, I just think is a mistake, and I appreciate the gentleman's support.
