The National Parks Conservation Association also has done a lot of good work on this that really lays out what the problem is. The chairman has been very tough on the director and the staff down there trying to get them to cut out wasteful expenditures, but we can only go so far with that approach. Some travel is justified, some travel is necessary because of these emergencies. It is just the foreign travel that has been basically stopped. I hope that we can continue to work with the chairman and his staff so that we can find an answer to this and maybe we can get a little more allocation. But this is a real, serious problem that must be dealt with. I congratulate the gentleman for raising it here on the floor.
