So we have to kind of make a decision: Are we going to ask for a vote on every single issue? We never do that. We try to cooperate. This is comity, something that the gentleman from Ohio understands quite well. So I would just remind him that we're trying to get through these bills, and that's why we try to not ask for a vote on everything.
