The Clerk read as follows: Under the heading ``UNITED STATES FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE-RESOURCE MANAGEMENT'', strike the first proviso (Page 8, line 19, to page 9, line 1), relating to implementation of subsections (a), (b), (c), and (e) of section 4 of the Endangered Species Act.
