The reality is women in politics, in leadership, public life are treated differently. We are judged by different criteria.

We've just seen over the summer, with wildfires in many places across the UK, the climate crisis is here and it's present.

We need more women in leadership across all walks of life. However, in our traditionally male-dominated world, women aspiring to or holding positions of power face unique challenges.

I think it's right that they're opening up the Brexit question again and I hope Andy Burnham nails his colours to the mast of rejoining the EU. But you can't pick and choose when democracy applies.
