I wish the Senator could perhaps shed some light on how difficult it is going to be for me to have to go back to Louisiana and explain to my business leaders that I am trying to help them get visas for people to build the ships we need, to build powerplants to fuel this economy, and to bring people into this Nation, but yet I am not able to get our Senate to help us keep people who are already there employed and working in shipbuilding, running our hotels, and our hospitals. The leader has done such a good job. I just wanted to come to the floor to say it is going to be very difficult for me to go back and say: While we gave you some help with visas for people to be brought in to help, we are taking people away from you who are already employed, and we weren't able to correct that.
