I thank Chairman Gowdy, Mr. Connolly from Virginia, and Mr. Issa from California for this important and continued work that will not only improve IT and reduce duplication but will continue to save billions of taxpayer dollars. Mr. Speaker, I urge adoption of the bill, and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Oklahoma (Mr. Russell) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 3243. The question was taken. The SPEAKER pro tempore. In the opinion of the Chair, two-thirds being in the affirmative, the ayes have it.
