It is a great question. And I will tell you that I think--and I do not mean to sound Pollyannaish about this, but that the culture of the agency was maybe submerged a little bit over the last several years, but there is tremendous enthusiasm again for our enforcement role.

Absolutely not, and I put out a statement to try and make that quite clear that we do not time our enforcement actions by the legislative calendar or by anybody else's wishes.
The worst result I think we could have would be for investors to lose confidence generally again, as they did after Enron, in the quality and the integrity of financial statements.
We have worked tirelessly to make the SEC a more vigilant, agile, and responsive agency over the past 2 years.
It seems to me that we have to build a system in this country that makes people want to do business here because a race to the bottom will not serve anybody well.
