There are talks going on in parallel to the military operation against terrorists targeting Gaza. The phones have been ringing and conversations are happening. And if it's possible to find a diplomatic solution that will be a good thing. Probably, the military operation and the increased pressure on Hamas from our forces can augment, it can help move forward a diplomatic solution.

There is no excuses for it. And we have to look into this. We paid for our mistakes on October 7th in blood, in the blood of over 1,200 Israelis who were -- who were murdered, and another 240 that were kidnapped and taken to Gaza.
In other words, we went to Egypt after there was total cessation of all the violence and we'll not go back until the rockets stop because we are not going to negotiate and have rockets falling in Israel at the same time.
We understood the need to give a humanitarian relief to the people of Gaza who we don't see as our enemy.
One hundred percent, Israel has no interest whatsoever in seeing more bloodshed. It's been more than enough.
