If I may indulge the Senator for just another minute, the Senator from Florida, being a former insurance commissioner and having such a large senior population, I wonder if he could explain the point he just made about how the insurance companies themselves don't want to provide the kind of coverage that some of our colleagues claim would be the solution to this problem.
