I think they underestimated the international wealth and resolve of the United States and the allies and partners that I think President Biden has done a great job of bringing together.

Not only is it wrong, and bad for the American people, but it sends a signal to dictators around the world that deals can be done with that administration, weakening the United States.

This is not a time to undercut our diplomats.
