I have not found that being a woman is a handicap. In fact, I have found it a terrific gender to be.

On Kosovo, our shared goal should be for it to become a normal country in the United Nations, part of the regular international system, and with all the rights of international law to defend its territory.

But in the vast majority of cases, support for democracy serves both our interests and our ideals.

You cannot impose democracy. That is an oxymoron.
