My goal is to see what is taught, how it’s taught, what are the reactions of the students, where are we making the greatest progress, etc., because states are the innovators.

Partnering with agencies that are best positioned to deliver results for students and taxpayers … will streamline federal education activities on the legally required programs.

The beauty of that is that a student almost has a one-on-one tutor.

Oh, it’s working wonderfully and they’ve been doing it now for a few years.
