It’s how effective are the teachers being able to interact with the students and work with them.

My goal is to see what is taught, how it’s taught, what are the reactions of the students, where are we making the greatest progress, etc., because states are the innovators.

Nothing should replace that one-on-one teacher interaction with students.

Oh, it’s working wonderfully and they’ve been doing it now for a few years.
