Kassym-Jomart Tokayev: “A constructive dialogue”

Many Kazakh people would like to visit Cambodia and discover its attractions. We need to discuss the possibility of establishing direct air links between our countries.

We must under no circumstances allow such a situation to happen again. Saving the Caspian, which was once rightly called ‘great’ and ‘wise,’ is not simply our responsibility but a matter of honor for the statesmen of our time.

Environmental priorities, grounded in a balanced approach and concrete measures, must prevail over political disagreements.

I am convinced that, given mutual interest and firm political will, we can achieve significant progress in expanding cooperation across many areas of mutual interest.
