The Senator has made an excellent point. It doesn't surprise me there is no criminality or law involved that restricts the ability to dig a tunnel from one country to another. It is pretty obvious that something should be done in this area. So I think the Senator has touched on a very important point. hopefully we will work it out, and we will work it out before this bill is off the floor.
