I was wondering when the Senator from Illinois intends to offer his motion to deny the children of Washington the opportunity to get a fair and reasonable education--something that is supported by the Mayor of this city, something that is supported by the president of the school council in the city, something that is supported by 7,500 children who are on a waiting list to get a decent education.
