at this point, just to inform the membership, what is going to happen is Senator Feinstein is going to introduce an amendment, and then Senator Isakson is going to take time to speak to his amendment. Tomorrow morning, we hope to reach an agreement where Senator Feinstein's amendment will be debated along with the amendment of Senator Collins for up to 3 hours evenly divided, and then we will have votes on those two amendments.
