I understand there are a number of Members who do intend to come to the floor, and we will look forward to entertaining their ideas. Amendment No. 1124 Initially, Mr. President, let me send to the desk an amendment on behalf of Senator Ensign. I ask unanimous consent that the pending amendment be set aside.
