The only comment I would make is that a couple of years ago when this was introduced, the Joint Tax Committee scored this as bringing about $150 billion back into the economy. J. P. Morgan's--a private institution--latest study estimated it would be $300 billion. They have the latest figures. That is where we would come up conservatively. Even if you do not go with the new study, the old study said $150 billion. It puts a lot of money back into the economy.
