The Senator from Maine has properly recognized a serious need in the American workforce, and one that I hope will be strongly addressed by the Congress. Incumbent workers nationwide--and particularly those at small businesses--must be provided with increased access to training, and I commend her for raising this issue at this time, and for offering legislation that is intended to address this tangible need.
