Well, for me, it comes down to two things: promoting American trade and restoring American leadership.
I totally agree, and I was trying to indicate in my response earlier that the risk is being borne by taxpayers on an ongoing basis and the conservatorship is not over.
The American people deserve to have an IRS with the resources so that, when you pick up the phone and call the IRS, there is a person at the other end to answer it.
